Ezbilling.org's refund policy for personal or individual returns


If you have already started using any service or product of ours for a number of days, we cannot issue any credit. Credit can be issued only for unopened or unused products. Via UPS, you have to return all refunded shipment to our office address quoted in our website. If you supply your invoice information, you will be refunded the full credit by ezbilling.org with the exclusion of handling charges and shipping charges.

After this, either we will issue a check in your name or apply credit to the appropriate credit card. If you have purchased items from us on open accounts, we will issue an account credit. Our refund policy is applicable only if you are not entirely satisfied with our product or service or prepaid purchase.
